In order to meet the personalized and differentiated needs of high-end users and realize the transformation from low-end products to high technology, high value added and highly processed products, Xingtai Steel intensified the cooperation with well-known scientific research institutes and universities, making full use of the resource superiority such as professionals and sophisticated equipment to carry out research on cutting-edge technology of basic materials. Until now, Xingtai Steel has won 67 provincial ormunicipal science and technology progress awards. The project of “Development and application of the key technology of green and efficient electroslag remelting of high-quality special steel” which is jointly participated by Xingtai Steel won the first prize of National Science & Technology Progress Award.More than 30 products and technological achievements have reached the international advanced level.
