From April 12 to 16, Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xingtai Steel) successfully passes the recertification of QMS IATF 16949.

　　This audit scope involves functional management, quality and technology, production and logistics, supply and marketing services and other departments. During the 5-day audit, three experts from BSI (British Standards Institute) carried out the work seriously. Through debriefing, oral questions, document sampling, on-site inspections and other ways, systematic spot checks and validation were carried out on the implementation of system standards, including system construction, technological process, quality control and other contents.

　　Each business departments actively cooperated with the document audit and on-site sampling, listened carefully to the guidance of the audit experts, and further clarified the room for system improvement and the direction of business improvement; at the final meeting, the BSI audit team gave high recognition to Xingtai Steel's implementation of the Automotive Industry Quality Management System Standard (IATF16949:2016), continuous strengthening of risk thinking and promotion of process methods to ensure the operational status and effectiveness of the system, and also put forward some systematic guidance.

　　Through the organization of this certification audit, Xingtai Steel has demonstrated the remarkable effectiveness of solidly promoting the implementation of the IATF16949 management system, reflecting the confidence of continuously carrying out the IATF16949 management system. For the problems and suggestions raised in this audit, each department will review their own problems according to the standard clauses and internal procedure documents, systematically and efficiently implement corrective measures, and comprehensively form a model of continuous improvement to improve the quality competitiveness.
