According to Press conference on Integration of Industrialization and Informatization of Hebei province, based on the evaluation of data in 2021, Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province entrusted a third-party organization to elect the top 100 enterprises in Integration index of Industrialization and Informatization from 13,000 participating enterprises. As one of the three key enterprises of digital transformation in Hebei steel industry, Xingtai Steel was listed again.

　　Xingtai Steel has developed informatization since 2003. It is one of the first batch of Chinese steel companies fully implementing informatization strategy. After years of continuous investment and construction, it has cooperated with UFIDA and other software vendors to build OA office system and ERP system, which realized the integrated operation of capital flow and material flow, and integrated management of procurement, sales and financial business. Then a complete information management system for core business is formed. What’s more, Xingtai Steel has taken the lead to adopt bar-code management system for finished products and open online Merchant Service System, which realized the sharing of business information with the suppliers and customers and the rapid tracing of finished product information. Xingtai Steel also has built the first intelligent analysis system (data warehouse and BI system) in the steel industry.

　　In recent years, with the development of green transformation and upgrading, Xingtai Steel has made remarkable achievements in informationization construction: in 2011, it was awarded as Xingtai Steel was entitled as Key Enterprise of integration of Informatization and Industrilization; in 2016, it became a pilot enterprise of two integration management system; in 2017, it passed the national certification of two integration management system; in 2018, it cooperated with Friends to develop the CAP system and established a user-centered production and sales control platform; in 2020, following the "High-tech Enterprise", "National Top 500 Informationized Enterprises" and "National Quality Award", the "National Science & Technology Progress Award" and other honors, Xingtai Steel, as one of the three special steel enterprises in Hebei Province, was entrusted by Hebei Province to be listed as a key enterprise in the digital transformation of Hebei steel industry.
