As seasons turn and a splendid new chapter unfolds, on the first day of the Bingwu Year of the Horse (February 17), Zhang Yuming, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board; Tian Xinzhong, Chief Engineer, Assistant to the Chairman and General Manager; Wei Suo’an, Deputy General Manager; Wei Ligang, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union; and Li Hongchao, Deputy General Manager, paid festive visits to employees sticking to their posts during the Spring Festival, extending sincere New Year greetings and heartfelt respect to all on-duty workers.

The management team toured multiple work sites including the Ironmaking Plant, Coking Plant, Product Inspection Center under the Quality Control Department, Wire Rod Mill, 110kV No.2 Substation of the Power Plant, Converter Central Control Room of the Steelmaking Plant, Logistics & Storage Center, staff canteen, factory gate as well as Xinxiang Company. “Thank you for your hard work! Happy New Year!” At every stop, leaders shook hands cordially with shift workers, inquired about their daily work and lives, and handed out consolation gifts including red envelopes, apples, oranges, peanuts and candies, symbolizing peace, good fortune and a sweet life in the coming year.

During the visits, Chairman Zhang Yuming expressed sincere gratitude to all staff for their arduous contributions to stable operation of the old production base and construction of the new plant over the past year. He stressed that steel serves as the backbone of industry and frontline employees form the cornerstone of an enterprise. While most families reunite for the holiday, the workforce honors their responsibilities with persistent dedication and lights up the festive season with selfless devotion, fully embodying the iron-clad sense of commitment cherished by all Xinggang employees.

Looking ahead to the Bingwu Year of the Horse, Chairman Zhang noted that thanks to strong support from Xingtai Municipal Party Committee, Xingtai Municipal Government and all sectors of society, Xinggang’s relocation and industrial upgrading project is advancing smoothly, and the emerging Special Steel New Town is taking shape with full backing from Weixian County’s authorities at all levels. He urged all staff to carry forward the pioneering spirit of the Horse: forge ahead with courage to take the lead and press forward with unstoppable momentum.
