　　1.Aluminum cald steel wire has a strict quality requirements to the original wire, which need to ensure the strength of steel processing ,also requires the raw materials with a good bi-metal drawing performance. Now. the performance of SWRH72A of Xingtai Iron and Steel Company can fully satisfy customer needs. Aluminum cald steel wire produced by 72A has been used in long-distance high-voltage transmission projects. 

　　2.Hose wire production use advanced drawing process, eliminating the process of intermediate annealing, specific as follows ：    

　　Φ5.5mm wire rod → mechanical descaling →alignment → washing → (dilute sulfuric acid) electrolytic pickling → washing → boraxing →drying → 7 pass drawing → Φ2.8mm → 7 pass drawing → Φ1.4mm → heating → lead hardening→ copper plating→ 19 pass water tank drawing → Φ0.3mm (drawing speed 12m / s) → Take-up (per axis 23kg) → each axis strength test .
