Recently, Xing Steel invited the audit team from BSI (British Standards Institution Management Systems Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to complete the annual surveillance audit of the IATF16949 Quality Management System. The audit comprehensively assessed the compliance, effectiveness and sustainability of the company’s quality system operation, injecting strong impetus into the company’s quality improvement, transformation and upgrading.
Rigorous Audit for Comprehensive System Inspection
Adhering to professional, rigorous and meticulous standards, the audit team went deep into frontline production and management sites. Through document review, record inspection, on-site interviews and process traceability, they conducted all-round audits of core departments including the Technology Center, Sales Company, Purchasing Department and Wire Rod Mill. The team objectively evaluated the performance of the system and put forward professional improvement suggestions for weak links.

All departments attached great importance to the audit and offered full cooperation. They responded truthfully and coordinated efficiently throughout the whole process, ensuring the orderly and efficient progress of the audit work.
Timely Rectification for Continuous Optimization
